Planet Hollywood Casino in Las Vegas Reopens

The Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas has reopened this week after coming on-board with directors set out by the Nevada Gaming Control Board and Governor Steve Sisolak.

The reopening is the latest for Caesars, who’s already opened the doors to Caesars Palace, Harrah’s, Bally’s, the Flamingo, and the LINQ. This opening will help put some additional employees back to work and is some good news for Sin City, which has been pummeled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Just yesterday, it was announced that Boyd Gaming will lay off nearly 300 employees due to the pandemic and the lack of business coming into Las Vegas.

Speaking about the opening Planet Hollywood General Manager Jason Gregorec said, “We are overjoyed to welcome our loyal guests and dedicated team members back to Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, the centerpiece of the famous Las Vegas Strip.

“Our guests can once again enjoy the unique experiences Planet Hollywood offers, as we continue to emphasize our enhanced health and safety protocols.”
