The authorization allows live dealers. I hope (and assume) the facilities will offer live tables in addition to virtual table games.
FWIW, at least in Omaha, they’re trying to reduce the number of residents that cross the river and play at the 3 primary casinos in Council Bluffs, IA. In order to fully compete, it’s in their best interest to offer table games with live dealers. We’ll see when the initial drafts are released by the racetrack owners in line with legislation during the next governing session.
